In short

The QODONE website is an informational site. It does not set cookies, it does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not build a profile of you.

Information you send us

When you email us at hello@qodone.com, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, your email address, your company and a description of what you are building.

We use those details to reply to you and to work out whether we are a good fit for your project. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.

Information stored in your browser

Your light or dark preference is applied for the current page view only and is not saved.

If you use the AI assistant on the homepage, the conversation is kept in your browser's session storage so it survives a page refresh. It is removed when you close the tab. It is never stored on our servers.

The AI assistant

Messages you send to the AI assistant are forwarded to a third-party AI model provider so that a reply can be generated. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through it.

The assistant answers general questions about what we do. Anything important should be confirmed with us by email.

Server and hosting data

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, it processes standard technical request data — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request — in server logs, for security, abuse prevention and reliability.

How long we keep information

Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows from it.

Anything the site keeps in your browser is deleted when you close the tab.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is used.

To make a request, email hello@qodone.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes to this policy

If how the site handles information changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
